The system a real producer needed, built beside them.
Keystone came out of one operation, not out of a market study. It handles the part of food production that spreadsheets and accounting packages leave to people.

Order to dispatch, in one place.
Everything below shares the same information. Nothing needs re entering as an order moves through the week.
Sales orders
Orders captured once, with retailer specific codes and requirements held against them.
Weekly planning
What has to be made, in what order, to meet what is already committed.
Batch traceability
Forward and backward, including variable weight products and split batches.
Dispatch
Dispatch notes and paperwork produced from the system instead of assembled by hand.
Labelling
Pallet and product labels generated from the same data as the order.
Quality documents
Certificates of analysis and the records retailers and auditors ask for.
Use by tracking
Dates followed through production and dispatch rather than tracked separately.
Accounting link
A two way connection so finance information is not entered a second time.
It is probably relevant if...
- You make a physical product to order and to plan
- Weights, batches or dates make every order slightly different
- Retailers impose their own codes, paperwork and delivery rules
- Traceability has to hold up to an audit, quickly
- Your planning currently lives in a spreadsheet that matters too much
Licensing starts from 790 euro per month. Set up is quoted per operation.

Keystone questions
Is Keystone a product or a bespoke build?
Both. It is a working product built with a real producer, and it is configured and extended around each operation. If your process is genuinely different, that difference is handled rather than ignored.
What does it cost?
Licensing starts from 790 euro per month. Set up depends on the operation, the data and the systems it needs to connect to. We will give you a figure before you commit to anything.
Will it connect to our accounting system?
That is a core part of it. Keystone already runs a two way link with an accounting system in production and connecting to finance is expected, not an extra.
How long does it take to get going?
The aim is a first working pilot quickly, covering one real part of the operation, rather than a long build before anybody uses it.
We are not a food producer. Is it still relevant?
The same shape of problem appears in other production and dispatch businesses. Tell us how you operate and we will be honest about whether Keystone fits or whether a bespoke build is better.
We build for other operations too.
Keystone is one example of the same approach. Understand the operation, then build the thing that removes the work.
Custom softwareTell us how your week runs.
Planning, batches, retailers, dispatch, paperwork. Describe it in your own words and we will tell you what would change.
