Plain-English terms for using this site.
Last updated: February 2026 · Effective: 1 February 2026
1. Who you're agreeing with
By using cloudvoro.com you are agreeing to these Terms with:
- Cloud Voro Ltd, registered in Ireland, CRO 795787. Registered office: 1 Emmett St, Thurles Townparks, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, E41 YH05, Ireland. VAT IE4490902SH. Contact: hello@cloudvoro.com.
Where a paid engagement exists, the engagement letter or signed proposal takes precedence over these Terms for the matters it covers.
2. What this site is. and is not
This site is a marketing and company information surface. It includes service information, case studies, an insights section, contact forms and gated admin tooling.
It is not: professional advice tailored to your specific environment, a managed service, or a regulated investment, legal or accounting product. Nothing on this site forms a binding offer.
3. Acceptable use
When using this site you agree that you will not:
- Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms, or submit somebody else's personal data without their knowledge.
- Use the contact forms to send unsolicited marketing, or to harass any person.
- Scrape the site at scale, attempt to bypass rate limits, or interfere with our infrastructure.
- Attempt to access the administration area or any non public interface.
We may block access from any IP address or organisation we reasonably believe to be in breach of the above, without notice.
4. Proposals and engagements
Any paid engagement is governed by the engagement letter or proposal we issue before work starts. That document, and not this site, sets out scope, deliverables, price, timing, intellectual property ownership and warranties for that engagement.
5. Intellectual property
- Site content (text, design, photography, illustrations, structured data) is owned by Cloud Voro Ltd. You may quote up to 250 words for fair-dealing / fair-use purposes with attribution and a link back. Do not republish wholesale, train AI models on this content commercially, or scrape it at scale without written permission.
- Trade marks: "CloudVoro", "Keystone" and "Voro Core" and the related logos are trade marks of Cloud Voro Ltd. Third-party trade marks belong to their respective owners.
- Free-scan PDF reports issued to you are licensed to you for internal use and for forwarding to your insurer, board or auditors. Do not publish them publicly without written permission (we are happy to grant it. just ask).
- Industry Benchmarks data is published in good faith for non-commercial reference. You may cite individual figures with attribution. You may not republish the dataset wholesale or use it to train commercial models without written permission.
6. Acceptable use. Site-wide
You agree not to:
- Use the site or any tool on it to facilitate or commit an offence under Irish, UK, EU or your local law.
- Attempt to penetrate, fuzz, brute-force, scan, denial-of-service or otherwise interfere with our infrastructure.
- Submit false or misleading information through the contact form, lead-magnet form or any other input.
- Scrape, mirror or republish the site at scale, including for AI training, without prior written permission.
- Use the brand or trade marks in a way that implies endorsement we have not given.
Responsible security researchers reporting vulnerabilities under our Vulnerability Disclosure Policy are explicitly authorised and welcome. see that document for the safe-harbour scope.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The site and all freely published content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law:
- We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that published information is complete for your circumstances.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damage arising from your use of content on this site.
- Our total aggregate liability to a user of freely published content is capped at 100 euro.
- For paid engagements, liability is set out in the engagement letter (typically capped at 100% of fees paid in the preceding 12 months).
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Information on this site describes how we typically work. It is not a commitment for your project. Anything we agree with you will be written down in a proposal.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Cloud Voro Ltd (and their officers, employees, contractors) from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your breach of the acceptable use section above, or your infringement of third-party rights through your use of the site.
9. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to this site at any time, including for breach of the acceptable use section or use that imposes disproportionate load on our infrastructure. We will action a deletion request from you under GDPR Art. 17 within 30 days. See the Privacy Notice.
10. Governing law & jurisdiction
- These Terms are governed by Irish law and the Irish courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- Nothing in this clause prevents you, as a consumer, from bringing a claim in the courts of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We will update these Terms when our practices change. Material changes are dated at the top. Continued use of the site after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you have an active paid engagement, the engagement letter takes precedence.
12. Severability & no waiver
If any clause is found to be unenforceable, the rest of these Terms remain in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
13. Contact
