They didn't ask us for software.
Nearly every project here started as an operational problem. Something took too long, depended on one person, or could not be trusted. The software came afterwards.
Food production, orders and traceability
Order planning ran on an Excel workbook with macros. Variable weight batches, retailer codes, split deliveries and use by dates were held together by people.
Keystone. Sales orders, weekly planning, batch traceability, dispatch notes, certificates of analysis and pallet labels in one system, with a two way link to accounting.

Orders, payments and WhatsApp across a whole yard
Orders arrived by phone, text, WhatsApp and email. Staff held different parts of each one, reminders happened when somebody remembered, and payment was chased after the fact.
They didn't ask for a system. We identified the use case and built one operational view, payments taken in the flow, WhatsApp automation across the operation, reminders routed to the right staff member and to the customer, manual order charging and reporting.
Retailer, distributor and accounts joined up
A major retailer's storefront, their distributor's product data and the accounting system all held different versions of the truth, joined by manual work.
A bespoke integration connecting Shopify, an Akeneo product information system and Sage. Orders route automatically and reconciliation stops being a manual job.
Bank first accounting for operators
Owner managers were being asked to think like bookkeepers, with software built around the accounts rather than around the business.
Voro Core. Accounting structured around the bank account, with nothing posting until a person approves it. Irish VAT ready.
Fractional ownership platform
There was no way for people to buy and hold a share in an elite competition horse, or to be kept informed afterwards.
Ireland's first fractional ownership platform for sport horses, including international payments and investor reporting.
Instructor scheduling and admin
Scheduling, student records and test readiness were managed by phone, text and memory, and a large part of every week went on admin.
An operations system covering scheduling, student records and progress, built for how instructors actually work.
We only publish what we can stand behind.
You will not find invented savings percentages or anonymous testimonials on this site. If you want detail on a specific project, ask and we will talk you through it properly, including what was difficult.
